1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Inrector's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Inrector provides email marketing and SMS marketing services for ecommerce businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Email automation and flow setup
  • Campaign management and execution
  • SMS marketing campaigns
  • Email design and copywriting
  • List growth and segmentation strategies
  • Analytics and optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Inrector, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Grant necessary access to your email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
  • Ensure your email list complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
  • Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. General terms include:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom email designs and copy created specifically for their brand. Inrector retains the right to:

  • Use anonymized results and case studies for marketing purposes
  • Retain templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed internally
  • Showcase work in our portfolio (with client permission)

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and any other sensitive materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inrector shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Results or performance of email campaigns (as results depend on various factors beyond our control)
  • Third-party platform issues or outages

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client will receive all work completed up to the termination date
  • Outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Access to client accounts will be transferred back to the client

9. Anti-Spam Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. Inrector reserves the right to refuse service if we believe a client's practices violate these regulations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inrector from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
